Returns

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be:

    Unworn
    Unwashed
    In original condition with tags attached

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear.

Exchanges

  • We are happy to exchange items for a different size
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • If your size is unavailable, a refund will be issued

How to Return

    Your order number
    Reason for return

  3. We will provide return instructions

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected
  • Please allow 3–5 working days for funds to appear back in your account
